How to change the shock absorber oil and nitrogen for the RM125D model.
These details are only for the RM125D shock which has ajustable rebound and compression damping. It is different for the other model years.
You cannot use these instructions for the RM125X or RM125Z shock absorbers with rebound damping only.

Here are the bolt torque specifications for the 1983 RM125 D model.
They are the same for the RM125 Z and the same for the RM125 x .
THE 1981 RM125X HAS DIFFERENT CYLINDER AND HEAD TORQUE’S
DO NOT USE THESE SETTINGS. YOU WILL STRIP THE THREADS.
